Most goods are despatched via DHL at a flat rate shipping fee of £9.99 to the UK mainland and £15 to Northern Ireland, for smaller items we use 1st class recorded Royal Mail post. Orders over £150 have free delivery. DHL require a signature on receipt of delivery, if delivery has been attempted more than twice a second delivery charge may be incurred.

Turnaround
For unbranded goods we can usually despatch within 7 days and for branded goods 10/14 days.
If you have a specific time requirement, please contact one of our staff and we will endeavour to meet it.
If the item/s are out of stock then we will contact you and provide you with a delivery date.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return the item to us within 14 days and we will offer you a full refund.. This is for none embroidered/printed items only. We will only except embroidered/printed garments, if the item is faulty with a manufacture defect. If you wish to return an item to us, you must clearly state on the outside of the package your order number (this is sent to you in your email order confirmation). Please note, we cannot accept any returned items without this.
